Remainer MPs are trying to stop Brexit by inflicting hardship on the poor and vulnerable

'EVEN we didn’t think Remainer MPs would stoop this low. To stop Brexit they are now ready to inflict hardship and fear on the poorest and most vulnerable. Shame on Tory saboteur Dominic Grieve and Labour co-plotter Margaret Beckett . Shame on Labour if it backs them, and on any Tories who join them. Tory Remainer Dominic Grieve rejects the only Brexit deal on offer to the EU PRU MPs have repeatedly promised to honour Brexit . Yet they reject the only deal on offer and the EU refuses to improve it. No Deal isn’t The Sun’s favoured option, but it IS the logical and inevitable consequence of their game-playing. Grieve hopes instead to stop Brexit . . . by blackmailing his own Government and, sickeningly, holding a gun to the heads of the poor both here and abroad. But No Deal would still be the default. And funding would have to be immediately restored. Grieve is mad if he thinks anyone but him and his Remainer friends will be blamed for targeting benefit claimants, OAPs and schools. Their conceit is repugnant. Even Theresa May, normally one to mince her words, calls them “grossly irresponsible”. This Cabinet lacks resolve, but our new one must unite to face down the wreckers. Boris Johnson is right to say there would be no place in his for those unwilling to back No Deal as a last resort. If it means exile for Amber Rudd and her allies, so be it. Voters have had enough of MPs and ministers issuing threats if they don’t get their way. Brexit MUST happen. Our democracy hinges on it. And the chance of No Deal is not as remote as Boris makes out. Last straw, PM WE are sick of Theresa May trying to inflict damaging policies on her successor to establish a “legacy” in her last days. Her new milkshake tax must be thrown out. There is no credible case for it. The Government says the fizzy drinks levy “succeeded” because makers cut sugar in their recipes. Rubbish. The sole point was to make people less fat, and it hasn’t. If it’s failed on that, it’s failed. Theresa May wants to inflict a new milkshake tax AP:Associated Press Spreading this folly to milkshakes compounds the stupidity. Voters will flock to a new Tory PM who champions consumer choice and puts nanny state zealots back in their box. It’s a sweet prospect. \t \t\t \t\t \t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t most read in politics \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tBETH'S LAST WORDS\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tDog the Bounty Hunter reveals wife Beth's dying words as he breaks down\t\t\t \t\t\t \t \t \t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tBEAR-LY ALIVE\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tMan 'taken by bear found ALIVE a month later as it stored him in den as food'\t\t\t \t\t\t \t \t \t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tSEA DEATH\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t1 dead & 2 seriously injured after being pulled from sea in 'critical incident'\t\t\t \t\t\t \t \t \t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tBETH’S BATTLE\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tBeth Chapman’s final days revealed in Dog The Bounty Hunter’s new show\t\t\t \t\t\t \t \t \t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tFLASHTONBURY!\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tGlastonbury revellers strip off as festival bakes in scorching 30C heatwave\t\t\t \t\t\t \t \t \t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tBAKE BRITAIN\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\tBrits to sizzle in 34C this weekend as Sahara bubble heatwave grips UK\t\t\t \t\t\t \t \t \t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t \t \t \t \t Just the jobs ONLY leftie class warriors could fail to admire a graduate who sets up a viable company and creates jobs. Jeremy Hunt battles Boris Johnson in Bournemouth hustings

Politics Channel 4 News

While the Labour Party appears intent on tearing itself apart over issues like anti-Semitism - the Tory Party is embroiled in its never-ending civil war over Brexit.
'While the Labour Party appears intent on tearing itself apart over issues like anti-Semitism – the Tory Party is embroiled in its never-ending civil war over Brexit. This has now been boiled down to the hustings between Messrs Johnson and Hunt. While we’ve been on air the two leadership hopefuls begun their second round of jousting before Tory party members, the only people who – for now – get to decide who runs our nation.'
